A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES

Do you keep a pair of sunglasses in your bag and the glove compartment of your car? Those are the two most common place to hid them. Now, why do we talk about sunglasses or the places to store them?

Read on….

Experts say: You should really store them in both spots. Sunglasses can help you avoid squinting, which creates and deepens lines around the eyes over time, says Dr. Anne Ferriols of Blooming Skin and Cosmetic Surgery Center. “Protecting your eyes is just as important as protecting your skin. Without proper eye protection, you can develop eye diseases such as cataracts, so make sure your sun glasses have UVA and UVB protection.”

Face saver: Spring for a nice pair of wrap around or wide –frame sunglasses to help protect your eyes and skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays. Also, opt for makeup formulated with SPF whenever possible. For extra protection, you can apply an anti-wrinkle eye cream that contains anti-oxidants to fight the free radical damage caused by sun exposure.
