So why we neglect of hair… There are different types of hair and each type needs to treat as per ther need or type. Here are the types:
Dry Hair
We get dry when our hair is over exposed to pollution, Sun light and other environmental factors, also this maybe because of inactive oil glands. To get rid of dry hair, use warm herbal oil at least twice a week, eat foods rich in zinc, offer moisture to your hair and apply mild shampoo.
Oily Hair
Usually persons with oily skin also get oily hair. This type attracts dirt. Tips for those persons having oily hair, used oil or shampoo reich in henna or neem, eat green leafy veggies and fresh fruits,too much consumption of oily food also the reason and shampooing is neccessary fot this type.
Normal Hair
This type is usually shiny and easy to maintain.Tips to maintain your normal hair are shampoo at least once or twice a week, after shampooing apply conditioner and get a hair massage with herbal oil.
