Iza Calzado (birth name Maria Izadora Ussher Calzado) is a Filipina Hollywood actress, commercial model, and TV host who gained attention in show business in May 2002. Born Anne Ojales Curtis Smith is the eldest daughter of Carmen Ojales, a Filipina and James Curtis-Smith, an Australian lawyer. At age 13, they had their vacation in the Philippines but it later became permanent through Anne’s discovery by a talent manager while eating at a fast food chain Jollibee with her dad and her mom in 1997.[3]

Curtis appeared in supporting roles or in ensemble casts during the early part of her career since the mid-1990s. Her first movie was Magic Kingdom, where she played the role of a princess. Most of her early TV shows airing on the GMA-7 Network in the Philippines. Here Curtis starred in shows like Love to Love where she was partnered with Richard Gutierrez. She attended T.G.I.S (Thank God It’s Sabado) during her teen life.
The move to primetime TV (ABS-CBN) in 2004 became successful, when she was cast in the role of Stephanie Borromeo in Hiram along with Geoff Eigenmann, Heart Evangelista, Kris Aquino and Dina Bonnevie, mother of her ex-boyfriend, Oyo Boy Sotto and her close friend, Danica Sotto. The role was a departure from her earlier teenager-roles. In 2005, her portrayal in Hiram led to her first title role as Imang/Fatima in the fantasy TV series Kampanerang Kuba.[4] It was a remake of the movie Kampanerang Kuba played before by Vilma Santos who was the mother of Luis Manzano, Curtis’ long-time bestfriend. The following year, she became part of MTV Philippines as a VJ on Gimme 10. She also reprised her role as Celine in Maging Sino Ka Man: Book 2. In 2008, she played the role of a goddess in the fantasy series Dyosa. The popularity of the show even made her fans call her Dyosa. [5] Her leading men in the fantaserye were Sam Milby, Luis Manzano, and Zanjoe Marudo. That same year, she got a lead role in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry Baler. For her work in this film, she won the Festival Best Actress Award, her first major acting award.[6] She was also reportedly set to star as the super-heroine Darna opposite Richard Gutierrez in Captain Barbell Meets Darna, but turned the role down to remain with her mother studio, ABS-CBN.[7]
In 2009, she currently taping the romantic primetime series The Wedding co-starring Zanjoe Marudo and Derek Ramsay.[8] She is also set to do a movie with Richard Gutierrez entitled Maybe This Time.[9]

Claudine Margaret Castelo Barretto-Santiago or popularly known as Claudine Santiago was born on the 20th of July 1979 and is currently a film and television actress from the Philippines.

In 1992, Barretto was discovered by the late talent manager Douglas Quijano when her older sister Gretchen Barretto brought her to the debut party of Ruffa Gutierrez at the Coconut Palace. That same year, she landed her first major break on television when she was cast as one of the mainstays of ABS-CBN’s youth-oriented musical variety show, Ang TV. In quick succession, she then played Dolphy’s daughter named Bing in the sitcom Home Along Da Riles topbilled by Dolphy, and Agot Isidro’s sister named Tony in Oki Doki Doc topbilled by Aga Muhlach.
Barretto’s lead television roles started with 1997′s Mula Sa Puso where she played the rich heiress, Via, opposite Rico Yan and Diether Ocampo. Then came 1999′s Saan Ka Man Naroroon where her performance as triplets Rosario, Rosenda and Rosemarie earned her a nomination for Best Actress in the Asian TV Awards.[1] Next in line was 2001′s Sa Dulo Ng Walang Hanggan where she played the role of Angelina in the past and Angeline in the present.

In 1998, she landed her first major lead role in Dahil Mahal Na Mahal Kita with Diether Ocampo and Rico Yan as rivals for her “bad girl” character named Mela. In 1999, this love triangle carried on in the movie version of Mula Sa Puso, and in the same year, Barretto and Ocampo figured in a love triangle with Maricel Soriano in Soltera. In 2000, she played the ungrateful daughter of Vilma Santos’ overseas worker mother in Anak, while in 2001, she played a nun opposite Robin Padilla in Oops! Teka Lang…Diskarte Ko ‘To (her first and so far only action-oriented film). Anak was also the Best Foreign Language Film entry of the Philippines for the 71st Academy Awards.
Barretto received her first Box Office Queen crown on the strength of the box office results of her 2002 releases: Got 2 Believe (the last movie of the late Rico Yan and her first and so far only romantic comedy film) and Kailangan Kita (her first film with Aga Muhlach as his leading lady and her first Gawad Urian-nominated performance). For 2004′s Milan (her first film with Piolo Pascual and her second Gawad Urian-nominated performance), she received not only the Ms. RP Movies recognition but also her first Best Actress awards from FAP and FAMAS. In addition, Milan (with the films Dekada ’70 and Panaghoy Sa Suba) was also exhibited in the New Cinema of the World section of the Cannes Film Festival, where the Filipino lead stars walked the red carpet.

She received her second Box Office Queen crown (shared with co-star Kris Aquino) for the 201-million-peso domestic gross of 2006′s Sukob (her first and so far only horror-oriented film). In March 2009, Star Cinema’s You Changed My Life surpassed the Philippine earnings of Sukob which held the record as the highest-grossing Philippines-produced movie.

Early success
Angelika de la Cruz started her career in 1995 as a struggling singer. She went on to perform in different singing contests and eventually auditioned to sing the theme song of the canned cartoon series Sailor Moon. With the help of her father, who had knack for performing, she made it. That became her ticket to show business.
At 15, de la Cruz landed a role in the sexy flick Nights of Serafina, where she played the sister of one of the leads. Her performance in the said movie gained her a Best New Actress Award from the Metro Manila Film Festival. Sarah Asher Tua Geronimo is born to Delfin Geronimo (brother of TV host Adolfo “Ka Gerry” Geronimo), a retired PLDT employee, and Divina, who used to run a beauty parlor in their house at Sta. Cruz, Manila. Sarah is the third of four children with siblings Jonnah Rizzie, Sunshine Grace, and Ezekiel Gabriel.

Geronimo’s first performance on stage was at a mall show when she was two years of age. Sarah sang “Pasko Na Naman” with Pinky Marquez and Richard Reynoso. She became part of a children’s show, Pen-pen de Sarapen, from 1992 through 1994, Ang TV from 1995 through 1996, and NEXT from 1996 through 1997. She was one of the performers during the 1995 visit of Pope John Paul II.

Star For A Night, which was hosted by Regine Velasquez, was the singing contest where she joined on March 1, 2003, at the age of 14. In the mid-2009, Sarah became very in demand. She recorded the theme song of Sunsilk, “Record Breaker.” She also released her 3rd single from the album, Just me which is Dahil Minahal Mo Ako. Sarah Geronimo also sung the theme song of the movie “In My Life” entitled “Somethimg New In My Life” which stars John Lloyd Cruz,Luis Manzano & Vilma Santos and became the carrier single of Sarah’s 2nd Mini Album “In My Life”

In November 7, 2009, she’ll return to Araneta Coliseum for her fourth major concert entitled, “Record Breaker”

This year Sarah will release her album entitled Immortal. At the end of the year Sarah will also release her first Christmas album produced by Ryan Cayabyab.
