Experienced Hair Fall? Does your hair brush looks like bush of hair? Well here are some information about hair fall.

Hair fall are the result of the following health problems:

  • Illness
  • Over exposure to the sun
  • Improper Diet
  • Bleaching
  • Work Stress
  • Perming
  • Use of chemicals

Here are some tips to prevent hair fall.

  • Use mild Shampoo
  • Drink ten to twelve glasses of water to eliminates toxins.
  • Eat foods rich in protein, such as leafy veggies, dairy products and fruits.
  • Apply conditioner twice a week, applying conditioner to the hair root aggravates hair fall.
  • Eat foods with Vitamins, iron, protein and other nutrients.
  • Increase intake of zinc
  • Eat Peanuts, cashew nuts, beans, whole milk and seeds contain copper, beause copper stops hair fall.

So why let your hair fall and clean you hair brush when you can prevent hair fall and make it healthier.
