A fresh pimple appears on your face – grrr. Rather than letting it clear up on its own (that would be far too practical), you pick at it, which only leaves it bigger and angrier. “Trying to pop a pimple yourself sometimes causes scarring. When done unsuccessfully, this will only push the bacteria further down, resulting in a more inflamed pimple,” warns dermatologist Dr. Isabel Mangubat of Renergy.

Fast Fix:
“Try a cold compress to help ease the swelling,” suggest Dr. Mangubat. Once it’s shrunk, cover it with concealer. Try Shu Umeura Markcealer, Php 1,500, which has a fine point applicator so that you can apply coverage only where it’s needed. If your zit is still on the red, try mixing a mint-colored corrector with your concealer (try Palladio Concealer in Green, Php 425_ to help camouflage redness.

Next time:
Try to wait at least a day before messing with a zit. If you can’t resist, carefully pop it after washing your face with warm water or showering so your skin is flexible and pores are more open.

More Sleep, More Beautiful

One of the most important thing to keep us look healthier and more beautiful is sleep.

Having enough sleep keeps our self look younger but we also sometimes feels younger.

Many believes that one source of having pimples is because of lack of sleep.I believe it’s true,personally I experience this. Lack of sleep gives me pimples the next day.

Plus let’s also think of the “yuckie” eye bags,that I also experience.I am having difficulties in how to reduce it.But the only cure I know is to get enough sleep.

Enough sleep not only makes us beautiful but also makes our body more healthier and gave us energy.
