Read before sleep-

Reading books, about new acne treatments perhaps(?), before you sleep is a one good way to take your mind off your daily stresses temporarily and can eventually help you go to sleep. Just make sure that when you read, you do not have the television on and you are reading in a quiet place like your room and the lighting came from lamp shades is enough.

Separating yourself from the reality of stress through reading is being done by many people. For them it’s the only way to ease their mind. Especially at night, that after a long day of work, most people often replay the day’s stresses in their mind before calling it a night. Back on my college times, i do bought lots of medical books. I really love reading, for it really helps me a lot especially in medical field. It also take brain power to me. :D

There are lots of bookstore that you can choose where to buy your favorite books. You may go to C & E or National Bookstore. For no hassle shopping of your favorite books you can order thru online in Amazon books they have i guess different books for you and for you child, and magazines also.

Reading can make you more updated in anything and it can put you on the road to success academically and personally. Although it is not a game, but it’s definitely true that it stretch your memory muscle in a similar way.
