A nagging friend is a great way to keep pressure of eating at bay.
- Ditch the cafeteria. Most office cafeteria grub is high in calories and fat. try bring a low-cal, packed lunch from home. If you can’t see someone who will deliver a packed healthy lunch so you don’t have to depend on the greasy options in the canteen.
